How Much Sleep Do I Need?

Studies have shown that the average adult needs at least eight hours of sleep every night to feel well rested.

Unfortunately, not everyone gets the amount of sleep they need.

It’s estimated that as many as 40 million people in the U.S. have trouble sleeping.

If you are anything like me you only sleep about 4-6 hours per night. Now this doesn’t happen every day; but it does happen often enough that my doctor has diagnosed my sleep disorders symptoms and has characterized me as being a mild insomniac.
